A contract
This is our basic contract. The visits per year are determinded by our customer. With all our contracts you can choose from 4 to 11 visits per year. These are spread accross the year at regular intervals.
Our engineers will carry out the pre-determind service visits during his normal working day.
They will undertake to clean and lubricate all working parts of your lift supplying the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials but excluding the renewal of the gearbox oil. A written report with full details of the condition of the lift will be left with the customer. The engineer will sign and date the work sheet for any follow up enquirey.
The A Contract does not include breakdown costs. These are charged at a set rate for the area.
The B contract is our intermediate contract.
The visits per year are determinded by our customer. With all our contracts you can choose from 4 to 11 visits per year. These are spread accross the year at regular intervals.
Our engineers will carry out the pre-determind service visits during his normal working day.
They will undertake to clean and lubricate all working parts of your lift supplying the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials but excluding the renewal of the gearbox oil. With our B Contract breakdowns for minor adjustments of the apparatus during normal working hours. Outside of normal working hours breakdowns are charged at a set rate for the area.
Also with our B Contract you can choose to "Plus" it. This will include all breakdowns 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The extra cost for this will be sent with the servicing quotation.
The C Contract is our Comprehensive contract.
The visits per year are determind by our customer. With all our contrcts you can choose from 4, 6 or 11 visits per year. These are spread accross the year at regular intervals.
Our engineers will carry out the pre-determind service visits during his normal working day.
They will undertake to clean and lubricate all working parts of your lift supplying the necessary lubricants and cleaning materials required. They will attend to breakdowns during normal working hours and, when considered necessary, will replace or repair, free of charge , as and when necessary to maintain the lift in safe and efficient working order, all parts of the lift. Some exclusions apply.
With our C contract you can take the option of "plus" which upgrade the contract to include all breakdowns 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The extra cost for this will be sent with the servicing quotaion.
NB. Prior to acceptance of a C contract an engineer will be required to inspect the lift. This will be carried out Free of Charge.
